Effective tips for starting a healthy lifestyle

~ DRINK WATER ~ HYDRATING IS NECESSARY !

I am not gonna write about cutting your calories and starting dieting, that never worked for me and so its likely to just mess with your head for a while and then poof, the next thing is you are on a binge. So, I am just gonna tell you what i did to gain health and start eating healthy without going crazy.

I love chocolate and so, when i first got into fitness, i heard a lot of people saying that you absolutely cut your favorite foods like fast food, sweets and junk food. That drove me crazy. How could stop eating something i love. Then after a lot of experimenting and taking advice, i decided to try moderation. If you cut out your calories entirely and all at once, oh boy, it's gonna do the opposite of what you want and by that i mean make you gain a pound or two. So, you should just try moderating. This means that instead of cutting all the food you eat, slowly build your way up to it. If you do want to have something like a sweet or chocolate of your choice, sure, go ahead, don't drive yourself crazy. Just eat the sweet or whatever doesn't seem to fit your description of "healthy", do it in the afternoon or even better after your breakfast. You could keep that item as a reward for something like working out hard or studying a specific subject.
All in all, don't cut off something you absolutely love. Just take a little bit of it everyday so that when you workout it is easier to burn off these calories than when you have the whole thing at once.

DON'T TAKE WHAT I AM SAYING AS : " YOU CAN EAT ANYTHING YOU WANT. OBVIOUSLY EATING A TON OF PIZZA AND HAVING EVEN MORE SODA WILL MAKE YOU BULKY. BUT HAVING HALF OF THE SODA (MAYBE ONE FOURTH) AND HALF A SLICE WILL BE OKAY. IT IS EASIER TO EVERYDAY BURN OFF THESE CALORIES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT MUCH. OTHERWISE IF YOU CONSIDER THE FIRST CASE , SKIPPING AKA JUMP ROPING FOR 2 HOURS WITH VARIATIONS AND CONTINUITY, MIGHT NOT PROVE TO BE ENOUGH ".
