Figure things out !

Balance = Happiness

Have you figured things that you want, need and already have? Do you think about figuring out what you want and decluttering and organizing  your thoughts. No, right ? I didn't either, after all it's not that important. Well, that's why I was never calm and at peace. Every other moment i would think about unnecessary things and would stress over trivial issues. I will help you organize your thoughts. Here are some tips for you to be calm and not panic over every other thought you have. As organizing your thoughts is just as important as organizing your room.

1, Sit down, take a pencil or pen and make sure you're alone and sitting in a quiet room. Concentrate, close your eyes and now focus on your thoughts. If you closed your eyes and started worrying about something, write down the same and what you started worrying about ( It could be multiple things ).

2,Now, read out loud to yourself , looking in a mirror what you started worrying about. Some possible things could be : workout, looks, family, food, academics, job, money etc. 

3, TRY TO LIST THINGS THAT WILL HELP YOU  RELIEVE TENSION. I HAVE ANXIETY AND I GET FREQUENT PANIC ATTACKS, THIS IN TURN LEADS TO STRESS BUILD UP. I DO YOGA AND MEDITATION BESIDES WORKING OUT FOR STRESS AND TENSION RELIEVE. IT'S NOT ALWAYS NECESSARY THAT YOU NEED TO START YOGA. ALTHOUGH IT CAN IMPROVE YOUR MOOD AND BENEFIT YOUR HEALTH ENORMOUSLY. YOU CAN DO WHATEVER MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD LIKE DANCING OR SPENDING TIME  WITH YOUR PET. 
BESIDES, YOU CAN CLOSE YOUR EYES AND IMAGINE HOW YOU WANT TO FEEL. OBVIOUSLY LOVED, HAPPY, PEACEFUL. SLOWLY OPEN YOUR EYES AND EASE INTO THIS MOOD YOU JUST IMAGINED. DRINK WATER AND TELL YOURSELF TO LIVE EACH MOMENT FULLY AND NEVER THINK ABOUT WHERE YOU SHOULD BE. JUST BE WHERE YOU ARE AND DO WHAT YOU'RE DOING, TELL YOURSELF THIS IS WHERE YOU ARE R.N AND WHERE YOU SHOULD BE.

" SOMETIMES WE ARE SO FOCUSED ON WHERE WE SHOULD BE THAT WE FORGET TO MAKE THE MOST OUT OF WHERE WE ARE".
