Just saying is never gonna be enough !

TOMORROW NEVER COMES.. SO UTILIZE TODAY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

Ever wake up and while you are brushing, you say to yourself : " Today, i will finish my work and then look into something and be productive and blah, blah ". Then you supposedly might as well make a to-do list for that day. As you go to have breakfast, you might start watching some movie or a video and then end up looking at the clock, feeling sad and disappointed because you spent the whole day binge watching t.v or netflix. 

Now what, what happens next ? Do you say," I will promptly do the things I planned on doing today, tomorrow." That' s me, everyday or was. 

Don't worry, i am just gonna share with you my experience and hopefully you know how to mould these tips, tricks and hacks according to your requirement. Before i proceed to share with you what i did. Remember, you have the power to change yourself. You know what makes you say a certain thing or do something. Just look a bit deeper into yourself and find out. Nobody is gonna point it out. I can share everything and yet you're the only one, who has the power to admit, embrace and change for the better.

1, Pull yourself together, gather your thoughts and splash some cold water on to your face. You are in a messy and tricky, unproductive rut. Now to get out of it, stand up and strech. Done! Easy, right ? That's not all. Now that you have gotten up, do you hear a voice that is coming from inside your head, telling you just 1 more minute. Well, say out loud : "shut up"( if you're alone, not with your family around ;). If you give into this voice r.n, you have already lost.

2,Now write down what you want to do, and get to work. Decide a reward you'll give yourself on completing the to-do list you made. NOW DO NOT GET ME WRONG, YOU HAVE TO PLAN A PUNISHMENT YOU'LL GIVE YOURSELF( LIKE DOING THE DISHES THAT ARE NOT YOURS OR DOING THE LAUNDRY ), if you don't achieve your goals. This will help you be on track. Draw boxes for you to check off, so, that you will think that you're are accountable to someone.

3, Finish off your day with a smile and don't forget to hug yourself and you better mean it...
