Old habits Die Hard !

Habits!
"Habits are the key to crafting a healthy lifestyle for yourself ". We have a lot of habits and some of them are good while some very bad. Brushing your teeth twice a day, making your bed etc are some great habits that can make your day two times productive and efficient. Nail biting, cursing etc are habits that can get you in serious trouble. 
One day you might wake up and say to yourself :" This needs to stop". You will try so hard to leave this habit but you hear little voices in your head telling you it's okay to just once again bite your nail and so you will. After you'll regret and this will repeat. I have a very irritating and annoying habit of nail biting. I am starting to give up on this habit because the sooner the better. Remember its never too late to correct something or change something for your betterment. Learn to forgive yourself and help yourself because you are worth trying for again and again.
