STOP JUDGING !

AH! YOU JUDGE-MENTAL PERSON!]

Do you fear being judged by people ? Well, I did and I do even now. That is probably and most likely one of my worst fears besides bugs. " TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. SPREAD INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT YOU LOVE AND PROMOTE THE SAME BECAUSE YOU'LL SOON SEE YOUR ENVIRONMENT FILLED WITH THE PARTICULAR THING ". ~ LEAH. Don't worry if you judge people including yourself because its just human nature. Basically, you critically talk about things which don't go your way or which don't seem favorable to your particular need at the time. Therefore, critically reviewing these type of things or reprimanding these things is justified. However, judging every other thing that happens to you or judging other people all the time is trivial and extremely useless and not worth your time.

An example would be, let's say, your friend starts judging someone she knows and you may know the person too. She says somethings along the lines : " She did this to me, or she behaved in a certain manner". Now you have two simple options : a, you can join in and gossip about how the person is really stupid for behaving in a certain way with you to make your friend feel better by making it seem like you hate the person too or b, you can change the subject toward something positive. If you pick any of these options, the approach is different and the second option would probably be better but the results will obviously be the same. EXACTLY THE SAME. Your friend told you what happened to her in the first place because she wanted to get somethings off her chest. If you start to join in on the conversation then she or he is probably gonna feel loaded with a junk of emotions even  after talking to you. Hence, the second option is definitely the better option, hands down. It will not only make them feel better but you broke the cycle of hate. Moreover, we will never truly be able to understand what anyone else is going through. After all, everyone completely understands what they are feeling. So, just be kind to others and not completely but to some extent try to feel their emotions and put yourself in their shoes. That way its easier to forgive, forget and make someone do the same. BEING POSITIVE AND KIND IS OBVIOUSLY AND ABSOLUTELY BETTER THAN BEING NEGATIVE AND COUNTING DOWN EVERYBODY ELSE'S CHARACTER TRAITS AND MISTAKES. JUST POINT OUT ONE BAD HABIT IN YOURSELF, PLEASE, WORK ON IT AND BETTER IT. YOU'LL FEEL BETTER AS YOU WILL HAVE ACHIEVED SOMETHING.
