SURPRISE ! ITS FITNESS !

Fitness : According to me, being fit means being healthy. Although, by healthy I mean overall health. All aspects of your life, which are basically your work, your belief or your skepticism, your relationship, your mental state ( really important for everything else to workout ), your physical state etc. ASK YOURSELF THE QUESTION NOW : ARE YOU FIT ? NOT REALLY. Here are some tips which are really helping me improve and I kid you not these are going to work.

1, Take note of what you're doing because mindlessly working all the time will bring you tension and stress for no apparent reason as you really haven't planned what you wanna do with your precious 24 hours. SO PLAN. GO AHEAD !

2, This is specifically for weight loss : 2 things you might not know, a, BRUSH YOUR TEETH TWICE A DAY. Brushing your teeth at night is an indicator for your brain that dinner time and snack time is over. Moreover, at night your body is prone to accumulating more weight than any other part of the day. Therefore, no food left in your mouth = healthier and leaner body. b, Drink water to lose weight. Water might seem so irritating but its benefits should be enough to win you over. Draw eyes and a mouth on your water bottle, trust me I'm not crazy. Treat the bottle like your friend and the water inside as your B.F.F. It helps in increasing the amount of water consumed by you. TAKE THIS FROM SOMEONE WHO DEHYDRATED HERSELF AND WHOSE BODY WAS PARCHED BUT NOW THE SAME PERSON IS A HYDRATION QUEEN. 

3, You may not know this but trust me and it is a proven fact. " 95 percent of your body is made of what you eat, and the rest 5 percent from how much you exercise ". STOP SPENDING ALL YOUR DAY AT GYM, EXERCISE BUT DON'T NEGLECT YOUR EATING HABITS.

4, BE FIT AND HEALTHY FOR YOURSELF. LIVE, LOVE AND HAVE FUN BUT FOR YOU BECAUSE YOU'RE WORTH IT AND DON'T UNDERRATE YOUR VALUE. COME ON, YOU ARE SO IMPORTANT. DO WHAT YOU DO, FOR ONLY YOURSELF. IF YOU LIVE FOR SOMEBODY ELSE, THAT ISN'T EXACTLY LIVING. THAT'S TRAPPING YOURSELF AND GIVING UP THE ONLY THING YOU CAN CONTROL AND LOVE THE MOST : YOU. 

" DREAM BIG AND LIVE EVERY MOMENT YOU HAVE TO THE FULLEST BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE THERE TO PULL YOU BACK AND MAKE YOU DOUBT YOUR ABILITY. FOCUS ON YOURSELF WHILE YOU STILL CAN AND ENJOY FOR YOURSELF. HAPPEN TO LIFE DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU. BEAT THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF LIFE. " ~ LEAH
