Why water needs to be your B.F.F ?

Water, what is the first thought that popped up? My mind started gagging,what about you ? But as much as I hate and despise the sight of it, It is my bestie . If you are trying to lose weight, and don't drink water at all,you are actually going the extra mile and taking the long path. Trust me i used to drink absolutely no water but as i started getting into fitness, i discovered that i absolutely need to drink water, my body deserves that reward. I am not going to bore you by giving scientific explanations for this nor am i gonna magically come out of the screen. I live at a place where there is no weather distinction {global warming}, everyday something unexpected shows its face and so its not easy to stick to drinking water. 

So, here are 5 reasons you should drink water :

1, It affects your overall mood ,it helps you feel positive and happier.
2, It is a MUST when it comes to losing weight.
3, It keeps you hydrated and you feel so much better.
4, If you are looking at panic attacks and anxiety very often, this is really helpful as drinking water calms you down and helps you pull through.
5, If you drink water after waking up and before sleeping, it will help your body fight sickness and it will affect your metabolism. You will feel productive and overall,not tired and your day will be better.
