ALERT : DON'T OVER HYDRATE!

SOME OF YOU PROBABLY CLICKED ON THIS TO MAKE YOUR SELF FEEL BETTER FOR DEHYDRATING YOUR BODY. OTHERS ARE PROBABLY CALLING ME A SICK AND DUMB PERSON AS MY FIRST POST WAS "WHY WATER SHOULD BE YOUR B.F.F"? HEAR ME OUT! I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH ON THE SUBJECT WHY WATER IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. AS I HAVE PROGRESSED THROUGH MY FITNESS JOURNEY. I FACE NEW CHALLENGES. BUT THEY MAKE ME STRONG. A WHILE AGO, MY MOM, WHO IS A DOCTOR CALLED ME OUT FOR DRINKING A LOT OF WATER. I WAS SHOOK AS SHE SCOLDED ME FOR DEHYDRATING MYSELF. I WAS TAKEN ABACK AND I ASKED HER " WHY SHOULDN'T I, WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT? AFTER ALL YOU SAY WATER IS THE ULTIMATE CURE FOR EVERY DISEASE". SHE BASICALLY WENT ON TO POINT OUT THAT THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DRINKING WATER HEALTHILY,
DEHYDRATING AND OVER HYDRATING. SO, I BEING ME, OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T TAKE HER WORD FOR IT. I RESEARCHED ABOUT THE TOPIC. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. IT TURNS OUT, THAT IF YOU DRINK A LOT OF WATER, APPARENTLY, IN LAYMAN'S TERMS, YOUR KIDNEYS WON'T BE ABLE TO RETAIN WATER AND YOU'LL START PEEING A LOT AND YOUR KIDNEYS MIGHT FINALLY FAIL LEADING TO ORGAN FAILURE OR DEATH (GOD FORBID). SO, THE BOTTOM LINE : "MEASURE HOW MUCH WATER YOU'RE CONSUMING EVERYDAY AND YOU CAN AVOID HEALTH PROBLEMS. DON'T STOP DRINKING WATER COMPLETELY TOO, THAT'S HARMFUL TOO. ALTHOUGH DON'T FORGET TO MEASURE OTHER BEVERAGES LIKE TEA, COFFEE, JUICE ETC.  Feel free to look more into this topic by yourself. Although, I'd like to emphasize that i have covered the basics.
