HOW TO PROPERLY EXERCISE? WHAT ARE THE TIPS THAT ACTUALLY  HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT? WHAT TO EAT BEFORE WORKING OUT? AT WHAT TIME SHOULD YOU WORKOUT? HOW TO FRICKIN' LOSE WEIGHT AND TONE YOUR BODY?

So many questions! Answered by many people yet you don't know what's up with the fitness department. Don't worry that's completely how I started, clueless! But that doesn't mean you don't start researching and your search for these answers. How to properly exercise? The first and foremost thing needs to be recognizing the exercise that gets your endorphins poppin' and also suit your fitness needs and goals. Therefore, when it comes to losing weight you need to start cardio and also strength training. On top of that, try to strengthen your muscles and body. I've already talked about this and will post all the tips for losing weight soon. The time that I workout is at evening because I've eaten most of my meals and I just love the time. The main thing that I wanted to talk about in this post was the meal or the food that you should have before a workout. Ensure that you eat something whole and healthy, at least half an hour before you workout because the food gets digested and your body utilizes it for working out. You generally perform better. Now, more importantly you need to know what food you wanna eat. It could be a nice fruit bowl, some bread and milk, dark chocolate and salad, or anything that fulfills your hunger urge and also makes you feel satisfied. You need to send a signal to your body that you are prepared for exercising and so it gets ready to shed some weight and get lean. Also, remember not to fill yourself with junk and fast food. Trust me, that will worsen your condition and will affect your goals and progress. "YOU ARE WHAT YOU WANNA BE"-LEAH. Some steps you take everyday will sum up to form the base of your achievements. Keep rockin' it and working.
