Hey, welcome back. Today I will help you in accepting a healthy lifestyle. Let me be real and blunt with you, I am not gonna feed you some hocus pocus and tell you that I will do some magic and bam! you'll have what you desire. THIS IS GONNA BE REALLY HARD. But look at the bigger picture. Know that you'll fall a lot of times and go on binges, be disappointed in yourself. Moreover, you may as well feel worthless most of the time. First you need to have identified a healthy lifestyle. I talked about this in one of my recent posts. To accept a healthy lifestyle, you will need to confront yourself and identify your present lifestyle. What do you think? Where are you in this journey? You may have unknowingly taken the first step? Whatever it is, I want you to acknowledge it and let it go. Now, that you have let go of whats happened, you're free of guilt and shame. Now you want to focus on this new person. You need to work to shape their identity into something you have wanted to. Start journaling your life. That is the best thing to start with. From now on record everything and take more pictures and videos. Capture everything you experience, as then you'll have something to reflect on and look back and remember. Craft a DREAM SELF FOR YOU. THEY SHOULD HAVE ALL THE HABITS, YOU'D LIKE THEM TO HAVE. THEY SHOULD POSSESS WHATEVER YOUR INNATE DESIRES ARE. Although, be careful what you want your seed (your new self) to grow into. You don't want them to be judgmental, temperamental, hating and someone who possesses bad character traits. Find your way to your dream self. Most importantly, accept yourself before you make room for accepting a lifestyle. This year I decided to cherish myself and accept myself. It was really great. THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACCEPTING YOURSELF AND BEING OKAY WITH YOURSELF. Everything you want or need is in you. The only problem with that is that that "EVERYTHING" is under a lock and the lock is hidden under self-doubt. Don't be the one to limit yourself from achieving your goals. ONLY YOU HAVE THAT POWER. The key to the lock is self-confidence and belief. Believe in yourself as this belief will in turn, help you recognize and accept the perfect lifestyle for you.
