Keep trying various things. You don't wanna eat air everyday and do the same exercises everyday. You wanna try variations, have cheat days. Most importantly, when you don't feel like doing it, here are some things you could try. While you try to do the thing that you wanted to listen to the song "Never say Never" by one and the only JUSTIN BIEBER. I love JB, he is an awesome guy and the song will light up your spirit. After you do so, look in the mirror and tell yourself " I AM DOING THIS FOR YOU AND I CAN'T STOP. I WON'T STOP".
