DINNER IDEA : LEAH'S HEALTHY MEALS

DINNER! OH!

***THIS AIN'T MY DINNER***

Hello, I know that you wanna have a healthy and delicious but most importantly fulfilling dinner. The first thing I want you to know is that cutting out dinner or reducing it doesn't always prove to be helpful in your weight loss journey. A simple justification for that is that if you don't feel full after your dinner than you're more likely to binge at night and ruin your night. Have a healthy but moderate dinner. Start with drinking one glass of water and then pour yourself another one. With your dinner you can have an additional thing like salad ( a small one). For your dinner you can have some rice and add chicken or cheese to your meal. With something that really excites your taste-buds -for me what works good is anything like beans, spinach, soup. Suit yourself and before sleeping you can even have a glass of milk which is said to catalyze the process of your weight loss and makes your sleep better. Mind it, this milk shouldn't contain sugar.
