HEALTHY OMELETTE RECIPE : LEAH'S HEALTHY MEALS


OMELETTE'S, YUM!

*INGREDIENTS*

  1. OLIVE OIL
  2. AN EGG (OR TWO, DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT YOU EAT)
  3. SALT
  4. BLACK PEPPER
  5. JALAPENOS OR SIMPLY CHILLIES
  6. MINT (POWDERED FORM)
  7. CAPSICUM
  8.  *OPTIONAL* TOMATOES, ONIONS ETC. 

*UTENSILS*

  1. A pan
  1. A spatula
  1. A plate
  1. A fork and a knife

*RECIPE*

Firstly, you should gather all your ingredients in place because we are all about prefficiency. Then light the gas. Put your pan on the gas and pour some olive oil on the pan. On medium flame, let the oil heat. Meanwhile, chop up your chillies or jalapenos and capsicum. In a bowl, after breaking the egg and putting the yolk and albumen in the bowl, add salt, black pepper, mint, the chopped vegetable and chillies or jalapenos. Mix or beat well and get ready to pour this on the pan. Gently, let it cook for about 45 seconds on each side on medium flame. Voila, breakfast is served. USE THE SPATULA TO TURN THE OMELETTE AND PUT IT ON A PLATE. Get ready to enjoy your masterpiece. NOW, YOU HAVE A LOT OF OPTION ON HOW YOU'D LIKE TO ACTUALLY EAT THIS OMELETTE. I usually eat it by sandwiching it between two loafs or pieces of bread and some people enjoy the omelette alone and eat it with a fork or knife. IT'S YOUR CHOICE, HAVE AT IT ALREADY. ****ALSO, I HAVEN'T SPECIFIED QUANTITY BECAUSE YOU NEED TO SEE FOR YOURSELF HOW MUCH YOU'LL ADD AS IT DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF EGGS YOU'VE USED****. I apologize if you wanted the proper quantity. If you've used one egg then you should add a pinch of salt, black pepper and mint. About the capsicum, add one-fourth to your dish and half of a chilly and/or jalapeno. You can also add one fourth of a small tomato and a really, really small portion of onions to add to the flavor.
