THIS IS DEFINITELY MORE SATISFYING AND FULFILLING THAN A GIANT BOWL OF JUNK!!


So, let's dive into another healthy meal. Looking for a healthy and tasty lunch idea, keep reading. First make sure that you have kept at least 2 glasses of water. Finish one glass of water 20 minutes before you have to eat your lunch. For your lunch save that one glass of water. Rice is a pretty healthy option and tastes very well. I told you, being an Asian, well I've settled with rice. You can also make healthy home-cooked chicken to add to the delicacy. So, to eat with that rice add a salad. Not too much rice though, as you don't wanna eat up the word healthy from this meal. To prepare the salad, chop up radishes, carrots and cucumbers. Spray some lemon on them, not too much. Mix 'em together and add broccoli, beans and spinach to enhance taste. I promise you if you fill your salad with some tomatoes or capsicum, that, muah! is something I root for.
