BREAKFAST! YUMMY!


Hey, y'all finally I am gonna give you a healthy breakfast idea. This is something which fills your tummy and satisfies your sugar urge. So, lets go and see what I can offer you. First, I'd like to point out that this is usually my breakfast and so, it totally depends upon you and your preferences how you'd like to tweak and modify this idea. When you wake up, to have an easy and quick-to-make recipe, lay the utensils and ingredients at night, before you go to bed. The things you'll need are basically a cup or glass (whatever suits you), a pan, a plate, a fork and a knife- only if you don't like to have an omelette without putting it between two pieces of bread. So, when you wake up and follow your morning routine or ritual, the first and foremost priority is to chug down 2 cups of either luke warm or cold water. Afterwards, prepare tea for yourself, well to be quite honest, my whole family has tea with some milk and other ingredients added to it, so, naturally I've gotten accustomed to the same but go scavengering for some green tea. It has a lot of benefits, helps maintain or lose weight and a lot. After some time, I'll start having green tea too. Along with tea, you can make yourself a healthy omelette. Sandwich your omelette between two pieces of bread.
