That's it and sorry but you are not ready. IF YOU STILL PROCRASTINATED THEN YOU AREN'T READY. YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN BECOMING HEALTHIER. YOU DON'T WANNA CHANGE FOR THE BETTER. PROVE ME WRONG. DO SOMETHING. Find what is perfect for you. Now that you know what to do, YOU HAVE THE POWER AND THE WEAPON. There's your goal. After all SUCCESS IS NOT A DESTINATION, IT'S ACTUALLY A JOURNEY. To keep developing your fitness, keep setting goals after achieving them but don't forget to reflect and relax. Sometimes you'll feel unmotivated and uninspired. So what, I do too, in fact all the time. But I don't give up because these small compromises and sacrifices are the stones I lay for me to step on to reach my goal. This is continuing. To develop your journey you need to start and keep moving. Remember " As you start to walk out on the way, the way appears".
